During my visit with Dr. Osmundsen I always feel relaxed and I know that I can ask all the questions and concerns I have. He is a very good listener and gives me all the answers to my questions..Unfortunately he is cutting back on his hours in Tualatin and doesn't do surgery at Meridian Park Hospital anymore. My preferred location.

The office staff were polite and prompt. Fern, the assistant, was exceptional, and Dr. O was also exceptional.

Nothing but the best! Dr. Osmundsen performed surgery and this was a final checkup to release me of any restrictions. The team is friendly, courteous and very professional. I am so blessed to find the doctor and his crew!

I commented to my husband that this was the best doctors appointment I ever had. The medical assistant was knowledgeable and friendly and the doctor himself one of the best practitioners I've been to. He was focused on me and what my concerns were. He didn't talk down to me and he was just personable. During the exam itself he was sure to tell me everything he was doing and why, in an adult fashion. I've had many doctors. He, by far, is one of the best.

I see Dr. Osmundsen every four months and he and his team are always cheerful, familiar with my medical record and always very helpful in answering any questions. This last visit was no exception. They Insure what could be an uncomfortable procedure Is quick and painless.

The nurse can be a little more friendly with patients no attitude because patient can't use the bathroom and don't slam patient room door when coming in the room with the doctor have a friendly look on her face instead of I really don't want to be in this room patient already not feeling great she makes it worse. Do not want that nurse to see me any more. Thank you

This care provider is booked very far in advance, a fact of which I was made aware, so I did have to wait several months for my elective procedure to be scheduled. This seems to be the way of medicine these days. Dr Osmundsen has been most prompt in calling me to answer questions I have had, and I am grateful for his courteous attention to my concerns.

My provider explained a situation that no other provider explained to me. The nurse was efficient she show me no there would of done. By checking how much was left in your bladder with a fast an quick simple procedure. I'm amazed. I'm very pleased.

Visits with this doctor have been very informative and he has helped me with my issue. He has been very helpful in suggesting possible solutions and I am pleased with the care I have received. Dr.Blake Osmundsen is bar none one of the most incredible human beings I have ever met. He is professional and very knowledgeable but above all he cares about his patients. I was treated with respect and kindness. He helped me to clearly understand my health issue and he made plan to fix it. Thanks for a great experience.

I was literally a hot mess at this appointment and the staff treated me with such patience, kindness and compassion that I could've cried more. Everyone there was simply wonderful.

The staff informed me of the reason that my wait was longer than usual and I didn't mind after hearing the reason, they were all very courteous. Dr. Osmundsen was very thorough, thoughtful and respectful.

I am a retired OB/GYN and I felt that Dr. Osmundsen (who didn't know this until halfway through the visit) was knowledgeable and caring about sensitive issues and explained concisely my condition, evaluation and treatment alternatives. I would definitely recommend him to others and my family.

Dr Osmundsen is the most thoughtful & caring doctor I've ever met. We've been working together for almost 2 years and he always is up to date on what's up and what alternatives we have. I would happily see Blake for every issue if he were a GP!

When made appointment was 2 1/2 months ahead; asked to be put on a short notice list, they did, a slot became available and they called and offered me the time; very nice of the office staff

The person who did the Ultrasound was terrific. The nurse/assistant for set up with dr. Was matter of fact and maybe could have been a little bit more friendly? Other nurses in the area were more upbeat?

The dr. came in the room and I had a guest with me. The dr. shook my hand and made no attempt to introduce himself, after I had introduce them to the dr. Made my guest very uneasy.

This was a referral for a medical condition that I have. The staff and Dr. Osmundsen were very professional and easy to talk with regarding my options and needs. A return f/u appt has been set for 3 weeks. I am so glad that I was able to see a specialist in this field through the Legacy Group.
