Deborah Fanning is a nationally certified Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and Asthma Educator who is dedicated to helping raise happy and healthy children. Deborah holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University as well as Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nursing from Columbia University, where she specialized in pediatric care and earned membership into the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society and authored a scholarly article that was published in the Journal of Pediatric Health Care. Before joining Randall Children’s Hospital, Deborah worked as a primary care provider at a private practice in Oregon and provided medical care to pregnant teenagers, adolescent mothers and their children in New York City’s foster care system. She has a special interest in asthma and other respiratory conditions. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, traveling, and cooking.
