I called just after 8 o'clock in the morning and was routed through some legacy system and not the doctors office. I was a little surprised about that, and it was a genuine waste of time.

Dr. Uselman is always friendly, very professional, & takes the time to address all my concerns. I think he really cares about his patients & makes sure all my questions are answered.

Everything was fine with my visit. I'm frustrated with the cost structures surrounding overall medical costs in general and the fact that the Insurance companies are dictating to the doctors what they will and won't cover. This seems counterproductive if the doctor is trying to give good health care to the patient. There needs to be some new laws to take this advantage away from the insurance companies as they are Interfering with some patient's best interests. Granted there are some who will try to overcharge for some but that needs to be a decision for the doctor patient not some executive board of directors.

Dr Uselman does a great job and I'm very satisfied with how he performs his duties. His right hand nurse is very personal, friendly, professional, with a little fun thrown in. All in all a good performing outfit. Have recommended to several others.

Prior to this visit(which was scheduled 3 months in advance) I called because I had an ankle that was very swollen and very sore and I needed to see my primary careDoctor. I was told that the soonest I could get an appoint was one month.. After experiencing extreme paid I went to the emergency room at the hospital..Not a happycamper.....

Dr. Uselman is the best. He always takes the time to answer all questions & find the best solutions. There is too much automation on phone to get to appointment - first I listen to English & then again in Spanish - to to be a better way. Silverton needs Urgent Care - it was not there for me on Saturday & Woodburn was full & not accepting patients.

Dr. Uselman is a very good provider and I appreciate his care. Nothing was asked about email communication and he communicates with me and responds in a very timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone. The receptionist at the front desk lacks friendliness.
