It took a very long time for this office to get the referral from my primary doctor (several weeks) and then I had to wait 2 months to be seen. This is what I experience with all my legacy health care providers in the Portland metro area. There are no Legacy labs or clinics near my house so it is very inconvenient to acess care.

Dr. Duong listens to my needs and explains things in a way thats easy to understand. She treats me with utmost respect.

Dr Loan is one of the most knowledgeable professionals I have ever had at a legacy clinic. Very very likeable. I will definitely recommend her for any of my friends that may need a pulmonologist.

I have been using the Legacy Medical Group and they have always seemed to be timely, on point, efficient, though sometime a bit to domineering.

I called three times and never got through. I had to go to my chart to get an answer to a question I had. I think that is ridiculous.

Provider asked exact same questions that I provided answers to in pre-appointment survey. Unfriendly, LATE to appointment w/out explanation or apology. Did not perform pulmonary testing that I thought I was scheduled to receive. Could have been a telehealth appt. waste of time away from work.
