Nancy informed me that she will be leaving the clinic. That is real disappointing. I'm not sure who I will be seeing after she leaves but hope that they are half as helpful as Nancy.

I was told I should be coming in every 6 months (it had been a year). Why didn't they just send me a postcard or email and let me know to make an appointment? Eye doctor does, dentist does...Also I had a list of questions, but there was no time for them to be answered. Felt rushed... No final question, "Is there anything else you have concerns about today?" [details deleted to protect privacy] wait was 2 months! Most of the time, I must see PA. My records were not updated, [details deleted to protect privacy]

The purpose of my visit was to establish care as a new patient (coming from Wilsonville Providence). I was very impressed with Nancy Campbell, and am happy to have her as my primary care provider. Also the building is beautiful and the person who checked me in was very pleasant.

I got an appointment right away. Then I got in to see Nancy right away even though she was busy and I was told there might be a slight wait. SHe took care of everything I needed

I found the setting up the appointment frustrating and it took to long. they couldn't understand I wanted my 6 month checkup so I made another reason for the appointment only to find out when I got there they had labs setup. as I hadn't fasted they had to be postponed for another week

I had x-ray on left foot. X-ray read soon after & I was called & was told that I had a metallic thread coming out of my big toe & was to pull it out. There was no thread & foot was hurt in ankle area. Was very upset. It was a nurse that called.

The Doctors and Nurses were great. receptionist and greeter were not necessary rude, but non inviting. They seemed more friendly with staff then patients.

i set up an appointment because i was having pain on my chin. i was disappointed because they focused on my thyroid instead of my pain. when i asked what is causing my pain they said if i was still in pain to make another appointment. I'm in the process of changing provider.

Not really anything in addition other than Nancy has always been great. She's always prepared for my appointments and has been following my health path. She always seems to be interested in my personal care and how I feel, emotionally. I would truly hate to lose her as my primary care provider.

Nancy told me she wanted me to have some blood drawn for my thyroid but I cant remember when I'm suppose to have it done and I'm too embarrassed to call in....

From a purely medical standpoint this PROVIDER is excellent. However I want healing, not symptom management. I don't want more prescriptions that don't fix the underlying issues and ultimately cause more problems from side effects. She doesn't believe it's possible to deal with health issues apart from pharmaceutical and I've had enough negative experiences to disagree. I'm also working with a naturopathic Doctor and wish the medically trained community would open their minds to alternative medicine. in my opinion, big pharma = big profit. Not longer, healthier lives. those would be the reasons for less than perfect scores. If you want providers who see patients on a 3 month basis, do the usual labs and write lots of prescriptions for good, obedient patients to take as directed, she's perfect. However, with a history of anemia, that's the result I wanted to see but it wasn't ordered last time.

I liked Ms. Campbell. She is easy to talk to but I was put off by one of her comments. I have been going through a very difficult health problem for many years. (I had a different insurance company, Ms. Campbell was not a part of the treatment), but as I explained to her what was the cause, from what Kaiser Permanente told me and what a nature pathologist told me, she commented, Oh well, that is history you get a tee-shirt, lets move on. Yes, I am getting healthier and stronger without the help of any drugs, or help from the medical community, but "I get a tee-shirt" after all these years of pain and suffering? Not a great comment. She was very helpful with other issues, I asked to see 2 other specialists. An ENT and a Podiatrist, and she was ready and willing to refer me. I really liked both of the referrals that she gave me. She is personable, friendly, and I need to get over her flippant comment. Nearly nine years on crutches and now I "get a tee-shirt". That to me was a lack of understanding, listening and caring about my ordeal. But, I am willing to go see her again. [Date deleted] was my first visit to Legacy.

She is too rigid about rules and policies at the expense of common sense. Too by the book with not enough flexibility and common sense to do what makes sense instead of being ultra-conservative and about everything. Discourages me from going in and talking knowing that she pays more attention to policies and rules than to offering customized care that fits an individual patient. Gives too small refills on prescriptions like Sudafed!! Have to keep going back to beg for more of basic prescriptions that I need that are no big deal, not pain killers or similar. Makes it far more difficult to be given prescriptions for just one month or two at a time when they are meds I need all year. No previous doctor or practicioner I have had have ever been so stingy with writing prescriptions for very short periods of time. BTW, many of your assistants who weigh you and start the appt are not very friendly or non-judgemental.
