Biography

Dr. Pendergrass is passionate about providing women with minimally invasive surgical options to treat a majority of gynecologic disorders. She is fellowship-trained in Gynecologic Endoscopy through the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) and the Society of Reproductive Surgeons (ASRM), and Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. During her two-year fellowship, she performed over 550 robotic, laparoscopic, and hysteroscopic procedures. This breadth of knowledge and experience resulted in her becoming a surgical consultant for gynecologists in the Portland community. She has lectured regionally, presented at national conferences, and her surgical videos have been shown across the country.

Her clinical scope includes all aspects of gynecology but Dr. Pendergrass has a particular interest and expertise in outpatient hysterectomy, non-surgical alternatives to hysterectomy, myomectomy, single-port surgery, menopause, sexual health, and adolescent gynecology. She uses state-of-the-art techniques to treat abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, pelvic pain, and adhesive disease.
