Biography

Dr. Rice is an optometrist at Legacy Good Samaritan's Devers Eye Institute. She received her optometry degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed an internship at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Portland. She joined Devers in 2006. Her clinical interests include comprehensive eye exams, diabetic eye exams, contact lens fitting and vision rehabilitation.
