Board certified in Ophthalmology, Dr. Stout is a subspecialist in Retina and Vitreous Disease and Surgery at Legacy Good Samaritan's Devers Eye Institute. He received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston followed by an internship at Texas Children's Hospital and a residency at the University of Southern California. Dr. Stout completed subspecialty training at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London and at Doheny Eye Institute in Los Angeles. He joined Devers in 2000.
