Biography

My name is Dr. Stephen Slattery. I am a new physician with the Legacy Medical Group - Mount Hood in Gresham, Oregon. I am a recent graduate of The Family Practice Residency Program at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach California where I served as Chief Family Medicine Resident.

I would describe my philosophy in medicine as a conservative approach, that is I encourage moderate healthy lifestyle changes in addition to initiating appropriate medical management. My prior experience in physical therapy provides me with a strong background in preventative and sports medicine

I am married with 1 daughter and reside in Portland, Oregon. Originally from the Midwest, I enjoy the numerous outdoor activities the Great Northwest has to offer. We plan on making both Legacy and Portland our home for some time to come.
