Healthy Heart Education Lectures
This ongoing series, brought to you by Legacy Good Samaritan's Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, is designed to provide practical information and support to help heart patients achieve favorable cardiovascular health. It is intended for people who have recently had heart attacks, angina or heart surgery, or are at risk for heart problems. Families are encouraged to attend. Speakers include doctors, nurses, pharmacists, exercise physiologists, psychologists and dietitians.
The free lectures are held every Wednesday morning in the third floor conference room at Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital. Most lectures are offered at both 8:30 - 9:15 a.m. and 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. Pre-registration is requested. Call 503-413-6723 for information and to register (or sign the clipboard by the cardiac gym).
