Our care for patients

Our patients have the right to receive care "based on medical need, without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, sexual orientation or the nature of the source of payment for care." Whenever possible, we provide free translation and interpretation services to any patient who requests them.

Our recruitment efforts

Legacy's workforce includes 80 percent women and 16 percent minorities. We proactively recruit from career fairs, community events, and innovative pipeline programs that focus on minorities, women and people with disabilities.
