We offer a full continuum of services at nine sites throughout the metropolitan area, where our highly trained therapists specialize in orthopedic, neurological, cancer, and burn rehabilitation. We also provide insurance verification and authorization assistance.
Inpatient Rehabilitation Services
Each Legacy hospital has a team of rehabilitation professionals who provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology evaluations, along with courses of treatment during a patient's hospital stay. more+
Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Our specialized therapists offer a wide range of outpatient rehabilitation services, as well as collaborating with other Legacy clinical programs such as the Oregon Burn Center and Legacy Cancer Services. more+
Rehabilitation Institute of Oregon (RIO)
RIO is a renowned adult inpatient program located at Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital. First opened in 1948 as the Portland Rehabilitation Center, RIO now serves patients from across the Pacific Northwest for diagnoses including burn injuries, spinal cord injuries, stroke, multiple sclerosis and multiple trauma injuries. more+
