Is Legacy covered by my health plan?

Most health plans require enrollees to use only those doctors and hospitals that are included in their networks, with a substantial patient out-of-pocket difference, or no benefits at all, if the provider is out of their network.

To receive treatment at a Legacy facility, you need to choose a health plan that includes Legacy Health in its list of providers.

Legacy is included in many insurance plans, including:

  • Aetna
  • Coventry
  • First Health
  • Great-West Healthcare
  • HealthNet
  • Lifewise
  • Managed Healthcare Northwest
  • Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon
  • Regence MedAdvantage PPO
  • Secure Horizons
  • United Healthcare, Pacificare

This is only a partial list. If your current plan isn't listed here, check with your benefits manager to see if your plan allows you to use Legacy hospitals and services. If we're not part of your health plan, please ask your employer or health plan administrator to consider offering Legacy—your health care provider of choice.
