Children's Heart Program
Each year, more than 200 children have heart surgery at The Children's Hospital at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center. We call them our "little miracles," and we're proud of each and every one of them.
We're also proud of the full range of diagnostic, surgical and medical services we provide for children with both acquired and congenital heart diseases. We combine the latest medical advances with compassionate care in a kid-friendly environment that truly has your child's best interests at heart.
John Canzano, host of The Game's "Bald Faced Truth", talks with Dr. Ramod Rouhbakhsh, family physician with Legacy Medical Group - Lake Oswego, about the importance of cardia screenings for teen athletes.

Kids come first
All the care provided to our young patients is done by our senior pediatric cardiologists and/or surgeons. With no teaching or research functions in the program, our focus is completely on the child.
As a patient, your child will be treated with equipment, facilities and procedures all geared specifically to kids. And as a parent, we keep you involved and informed every step of the way by our caring team of doctors and nurses.
