Legacy Health's Pharmacy Residency
Legacy Health is proud to offer a Pharmacy Practice Residency Program at its two downtown tertiary hospitals: Legacy Emanuel Medical Center and Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center. Both hospitals are located adjacent to downtown Portland, Oregon. Pharmacy residents see inpatients at these diverse hospital facilities and outpatients at multiple clinics. Elective opportunities are available in a variety of settings.
Legacy's Pharmacy Practice Residency is an ASHP accredited one-year, post-graduate program. Two annual residency positions are available July 1 through June 30. Legacy Pharmacy uses the ASHP Residency Learning System in the design and implementation of the residency training program. The program is individualized to allow each resident to pursue any desired areas of specialization according to his/her personal interests and career development plans. Applications for the 2010 residency program are due January 15, 2010.
