Biography
Kate Thompson is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Master's and Post-Master's studies at Oregon Health Sciences University and was a faculty member of the School of Nursing prior to joining Legacy Health System. She began treating patients with chronic pain in 1985, with a focus on cognitive-behavioral pain management. She has a diverse background in helping people with chronic neurological and psychiatric disorders and chemical dependency.
