Biography

Garrett R. Vangelisti, MD joined Portland Plastic Surgery in July 2008 after completing his plastic surgery residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Alabama and completed a general surgery residency at Oregon Health and Science University. He has experience and education in burn reconstruction. Dr. Vangelisti is a highly competent surgeon trained in the latest plastic surgery technologies and is Board Certified.

Procedures performed: Microsurgery of the breast, hand, foot, perineum/genitalia.
