Do you know the personal numbers important to your heart health?

    Know Your Numbers

There's a reason why heart disease is called the silent killer: it can take you by surprise.

But knowing some important numbers about yourself allows you to be proactive about your heart health.

This screening, offered at various Legacy sites, will help you learn your:

  • Blood glucose
  • Blood pressure
  • Body fat
  • Body mass index (BMI)
  • Cholesterol levels (total, HDL, LDL, triglycerides)

The Know Your Numbers screening includes educational information and a one-on-one consultation. An additional 15-minute stroke risk interview is available at no extra charge.

Fee and appointments

Appointments are required. Please register online. The screening fee is $35, payable online upon registration. We will also come to your workplace to do group screenings.

  • For the most accurate results, plan to fast for 12 hours before the test
