Know Your Numbers heart health screenings
Do you know the personal numbers important to your heart health? There's a reason why heart disease is call the silent killer: it can take you totally by surprise. But knowing some important numbers about yourself allows you to be proactive about your heart health.
This screening, offered at various Legacy sites, will help you learn your:
- Blood glucose
- Blood pressure
- Body fat
- Body mass index (BMI)
- Cholesterol levels (total, HDL, LDL, triglycerides)
The Know Your Numbers screening includes educational information and a one-on-one consultation. An additional 15-minute stroke risk interview is available at no extra charge.
Fee and appointments
Appointments are required. Please call Legacy Referral Services at 503-335-3500 (OR) or 360-487-3500 (WA) or register online. The screening fee is $35, payable online upon registration. We will also come to your workplace to do group screenings.
