Ages 4 years thru Geriatric; All Chronic pain modalities, except end-of-life; Pediatric Spasticity; Muscular Dystrophy; Stress Management; Advice RN phone service; MAP program service; Implanted Pump & Spinal Cord Stimulator Service; Medication management service. 
Usual Times/Days of Week Unit Open:
M-F, daytime hours
Shift Length Worked & Start Times:
6, 8, & 10 hour shifts; 0700-1530; 0730-1730; 1000-1830
Number of Licensed Patient Beds:  Patient exam room - 6; Psych/behavioral health -1 room; Orthopedic Second Opinion - 1 room; Fluoro Room/Procedure - 1 Room
Average Daily Unit Census:  35 patient per day

Mix: Nurse Practitioner; RNs, CNAs; Clerical assistants, etc.
