CME disclosure policy
In accordance with the ACCME Essentials and Standards, everyone involved in the planning of Legacy Health CME courses has disclosed any relevant financial relationships with commercial interests in the health care industry.
It is the policy of Legacy Health CME to ensure balance, independence, objectivity and scientific rigor in all its educational programs. All faculty, planners and course directors participating in these programs are expected to disclose to the program audiences any real or apparent conflict of interest related to the content of their presentation or if they intend to reference off-label or investigational use of drugs or products.
Legacy Health CME staff have no relevant commercial relationships.
