Daypro (Oxaprozin), a NSAID, may produce a false positive Benzodiazepine screen. Other Benzodiazepines, such as Midazolam, Flurazepam, and Triazolam, may also produce a positive screen, but these compounds are not included in the Benzodiazepine confirmation test.

Low levels of Clonazepam (Klonopin) may not produce a positive Benzodiazepine screen. If Clonazepam is expected, but the screen is Not Detected, please call the lab to add on the Benzodiazepine confirmation test.
