Education and support from Legacy
When Legacy implements an upgrade to its Epic electronic health record in April 2014, medical staff members will begin using ICD-10 terms and documentation standards.
For physicians and providers
We encourage you to complete your online ICD-10 education prior to attending the separate Epic training (see below).
You do not need to take your ICD-10 training with Legacy. If you choose to complete ICD-10 education through another organization, please send an email with attestation of completion to ICD10providerregistration@lhs.org and include the name of the organization where the training was completed.
Questions? Contact Legacy’s ICD-10 Training Coordinator, Cristin Ebert, 503-415-5813

Training will be 2-4 hour classroom sessions at the Legacy Training Center at Conway through April 12, 2014. To see when and where classes are offered, review the Epic Upgrade Training Course Catalog.
