Get set for free ICD-10 training; Epic upgrade registration opens Oct. 21

October 2013

Legacy is preparing for both ICD-10 and an Epic upgrade next April.

At that time, Legacy will upgrade its Epic electronic health record to version 2012. It also will ask its physicians and providers — all those who practice at Legacy — to begin using ICD-10 terms and documentation standards.

Free ICD-10 training

Legacy’s ICD-10 Training Coordinator will assign your free ICD-10 training modules based on information from Medical Staff Services. Physicians and providers will be notified when their training modules are available via an email from EPLUSOnline. November is the target.

Physicians and providers may contact the ICD-10 Training Coordinator with questions or concerns: 503-415-5813 or ICD10ProviderRegistration@LHS.ORG

Learn more at our ICD10forPhysicians page including FAQs, articles and announcements for providers.
