Legacy Portal for providers
Exclusive access for Legacy Health medical staff members.
Use the portal for one-stop access to Legacy Health clinical applications and resources, including Epic.
For more information about using or accessing the Portal, review these tip sheets:
- To login from a non-Legacy source or auto login computer, you'll need to use your Legacy login and password.
- If you have questions about access, contact the IS Service Desk at 503-415-5888 (x55888) or 360-487-5888 (Washington).
To request portal access, select "submit a change request," which is found on the IS change request page on MyLegacy. On the change request form, select "Collaboration" from the "Request options" drop down menu, select "Other collaboration request" from the "Request items" drop down menu and then fill in the rest of the form.
