At Legacy Health the voice of the patient is always heard. The communication and partnership with patients and families will improve the patient experience. Your involvement will help support our efforts to improve the quality and safety of care.

Become a Patient and Family Partner at Legacy Health

We are looking for patients and families who have received care at Legacy Health and are interested giving back to our organization.

New Salmon Creek Patient & Family Partner Council starting this fall! Meets monthly, 5:30 -7 p.m.  

We want your stories and feedback. This volunteer council provides guidance to help improve the patient and family experience for all. Meetings are the second Thursday every month 5:30 – 7 p.m. with dinner provided. Apply today!

What is a partner?

A partner works in collaboration with Legacy health staff.  The purpose is to help Legacy Health to plan, deliver and assess services we provide.

What are the qualities of a patient and family partner?

Sees beyond his/her own personal experience 

Works in a group to find solutions 

Respects diversity and opinions different than their own 

Listens well  

Desire to better the health care experience for all

You are an expert on the experience of health care. Consider sharing your expertise to improve the experience for everyone.
