NICU $1 million expansion project
Our goal is to raise $1 million to expand NICU programs over the next three years. Read more about how you can help us transform care and provide:
- 10+ Family-Integrated Care rooms to support families in a home-like setting
- An expanded role for a family liaison to provide education and resources
- Two “transition” rooms to evaluate a newborn’s health and stability
- A psychologist to support families with the stress of caring for fragile newborns, as well as support the wellness of our staff
- Expanded research to evaluate new medical interventions medical interventions
When the new home of Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel opened in 2012, the Kite Society was created to recognize donors in the community who are committed to supporting outstanding health care for the children in our community and region. Through their commitment and generosity, donors are having a profound impact on the future health and welfare of humankind by supporting the care of sick and injured children. Membership in the Kite Society is given to individuals with annual cumulative contributions of $1,000 or more to Randall Children’s Hospital Foundation.
