Gynecologic (GYN) cancer

Gynecologic cancer is any cancer that starts in a woman's reproductive organs. The five main types of gynecologic cancer are cervical, ovarian, uterine, vaginal and vulvar. Fallopian tube and primary peritoneal cancer are also considered part of this group but are very rare.

Legacy's team of specialists will work together to evaluate your situation and develop a personalized treatment plan for you that includes care for your medical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. At Legacy we understand that you have a life, not just a diagnosis.

Legacy Cancer Institute is pleased to welcome gynecologic oncologist Paul Tseng, MD, Jennifer Christiansen, PA, and Jun Ma, NP. They are seeing patients now at our Legacy Good Samaritan location of Legacy Medical Group-Gynecologic Oncology. William Winter, MD, Colleen McCormick, MD and Gina Westhoff, MD are joining Legacy on September 8. We are taking appointments for them for September 8 and later.
