We offer educational, therapeutic and diagnostic heart services at all six Legacy Health medical centers, with Legacy Good Samaritan and Legacy Emanuel serving as the flagship hospitals for advanced treatment. We are the only integrated health system that allows you the option of choice. You can choose from our cardiology partners at Northwest Cardiovascular Institute, Pacific Heart Associates, cardiac surgeons at The Northwest Surgical Division of The Oregon Clinic, as well as Legacy Health cardiologists.

It is also the No. 1 killer of women. We can help you prevent heart disease with our Know Your Numbers wellness screenings. Know Your Numbers is quick, inexpensive and available at locations in the greater Portland metropolitan area. Legacy can also come to your workplace and check your whole office, at a discounted price. Do you know your numbers?
• Do you smoke? You can stop. We know quitting may seem overwhelming, but it is very important that you do so to prevent heart disease and other health problems. • Gold Performance Award - The National Cardiovascular Data Registry congratulates Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center for consistently following the treatment guidelines in ACTION Registry®-Get With The Guidelines™ (GWTG) for eight consecutive quarters and met a performance standard of 85% for specific performance measures to receive this 2011 award.

The Children’s Heart Program at Randall Children's Hospital at Legacy Emanuel is affiliated with the Pediatric Cardiology Center of Oregon, a major center for children with heart disease. We offer the most advanced regional capabilities for treating heart disorders in children, featuring:

• An advanced pediatric cardiovascular center for children with congenital heart disease
• A 45-bed neonatal intensive care unit 
• Oregon's first full-service 24-hour emergency room for children

We constantly seek breakthroughs in cardiac medicine, and our efforts are fully supported by Legacy's extensive research facilities.
