Mother care

Having a baby is an incredible experience, but it also can be overwhelming for a new mom. To help ensure the transition to life with your newborn goes well, it's important to know what a new mom will experience during and after the  birth.

Legacy has information for new families on what a recovering mom can expect, danger signs for the new mom, and how to care for your body as it recovers from childbirth. Legacy also has information about stress and postpartum depression.
