A lifestyle program

Step off the dieting rollercoaster and move on to health and happiness. With support and education, Live It! puts you on the path toward managing your weight and getting healthy – no special diet required.

Not a diet

Live It! is not a diet. It is a new way of life. With this weight-management program, you will learn how to become healthy both physically and emotionally.

How it works

As a Live It! member, you learn the physical, mental and emotional elements of losing weight. You’ll join a group of 15-20 people who meet weekly for six months. Each week, you receive small homework assignments created to help practice what you’ve learned.

We help you learn healthy eating habits and look for anything in your lifestyle that may be keeping you from losing weight.

You can also make individual appointments with our team of professionals.

Most people will lose a modest amount of weight, but will have major improvements in the quality of their life and health.

If you would like to learn how your thinking and emotions play into losing and managing weight, Live It! could be for you. By joining a group, you can enjoy the support of others who are on the same journey.
