• Sinus pain or pressure of forehead with nasal symptoms (discharge, congestion)
• Age greater than 50
• Weakened immune system (e.g. HIV positive, cancer chemotherapy, chronic steroid treatment, splenectomy)
• Fever lasts longer than 3 days (72 hours)
