How our neighbors can use our parking structure
If you live in Northwest Portland, you can park in certain spaces at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center on evenings and weekends for a fee.
To do so, please complete the online application, complete the Shared Parking Resident Agreement (provided by SP+) and pay a $60 annual fee to obtain a hang-tag that will permit automatic access to our parking structures. We use SP+, a professional parking management service, to manage the permitting process.
Who is eligible?
Residents who live in the Northwest District Neighborhood as defined on the following map: http://www.portlandoregon.gov/oni/article/58608. Applicants must provide valid proof of residency. Examples are bank statements, credit card bills, utility bills or rental agreements. This proof must be dated within the past 30 days and must include full name and address.
How to apply:
- Complete the online application: http://resident.parkinglegacy.com
- Pay the $60 annual fee
- Review and sign the Shared Parking Resident Agreement (from SP+)
- Provide proof of a valid address within the Northwest District
- Obtain a hang-tag that will permit automatic access to the structure on evenings and weekends.
Residents with a hang-tag will park in designated spaces in Parking Structure 1 on evenings and weekends. Go here for a map.
Days and hours:
Residents may use the parking structure evenings and weekends
: Monday through Thursday between 5:00 p.m. and 6 a.m. and from 5:00 p.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Monday.
Please be out by 6 a.m. on weekdays or you could receive a $65 fine.
