New tools in the fight against cancer
Phyllis Peterson has a dozen plus one reasons to try experimental drug cancer treatment; 4 children, 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and one brand new great great grandchild. She's 83 years old, diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2016. She's a prime candidate for a drug study program offered through Legacy cancer services.
She's one of a growing number of Clark County cancer patients who can access the latest in cancer care closer to home at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.
