Dr. Lutze is wonderful. The physical office (lobby & lab check-in area) itself is a bit rundown and cluttered with too many signs, brochures, kiosks.

I am very pleased with my care provider, Dr. Cara Lutze. She listens well, provides pertinent information, is familiar with my chart and gives me sound medical advice. Dr. Lutze should be commended for her thoroughness and diligence in providing health care to patients.

Everyone from when I walked in till I left were great. Dr Lutze & Nurse was awesome & answered all my questions. Lab tech did awesome job drawing blood. This was a scheduled physical few months out. The reminder from staff to schedule was greatly appreciated. When I need to go in for illness or Injury Its harder to get an appt soon. I Am very thankful for the good care and team of healthcare. Thank you to all.

Dr Lutze is my new PCP due to the retirement of the provider I had been seeing for years. I was nervous to see someone new and ended up having a very positive experience. Dr Lutze listened to my questions and engaged in a thorough discussion about my health and goals.

I feel as though Dr Lutze rather than being a doctor willing to get to the bottom of the medical issue is just a sort of middle man who directs you to specialists that have several months wait to get into see. She just brushes one off even though it takes two months to get in to see her. Yes she listens to all of your concerns, but then her only answers are a blood test or a visit elsewhere. Not a good doctor in my estimation.

Dr. Lutze, her medical assistant Brittani, and the receptionist staff are competent, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I feel secure that I am getting excellent health care when I come to the office. Dr. Lutze is a very good listener.

In general she is a good provider but refers to a lot of specialist with no results and no follow up steps so you spend lots of money without any outcome or really anything. I'd prefer she would put quality of life over lab results.

The visit went very well and the staff was great. I couldn't ask for a better, but filling out the pre-visit forms on my iPad was disastrous. It took me three tries and about two hours. Time to get them filled out. I kept getting kicked out and had to start over From the beginning.

While questions were answerer, I feel my condition is not addressed. Because of my severe pain, it seems ignored. I want something to get me through when the pain is so severe that I cannot sleep and when awake, cannot function fully because of severe spine and knee pain.
