I had to give my driver's license to the receptionist but she couldn't tell me why, only that it's required every year. This was a bit frustrating. Another receptionist told me it was to prevent fraud but couldn't explain how it actually helps prevent fraud. It might be helpful to provide information to the receptionists so that they know how to fully answer these questions.

I drove 4.5 hours to meet with the doctor as the receptionist assured me during 2 different phone conversations that he did cryoablasion on the breast. Turns out he doesn't. It was a 9 hour trip for NOTHING!

Dr. Dalisky is always very thorough, and concerned of any questions I may have. He goes the extra mile to make sure, that you are comfortable, and truly shows concern. Very detailed in any explanation's. I would highly, and have recommended him.

Dr. Dalisky and everyone at his office is outstanding. Friendly, easy to talk to, understanding, patient, knowledgable and the office is always clean. I appreciate the care they have given me so much!

Front desk gals are awesome!! The office needs a refresh! It feels like I'm in a welfare office when I'm there- it's gross!
