First time seeing Dr. Broyhill as my PCP is out. Dr. Broyhill was friendly entering and so easy to talk with. She was straight forward and when asked about a certain surgery she simply said I don't know about this surgery. Super impressed with her honesty. Thisis a fairly me surgery and I can't find much even online. While my doctor is out for a period, I'm hoping I'll see Dr. Broyhill should I have a medical need. My wife and I both really liked her and the knowledge and direction she gave me to deal with my ongoing pain while still seeing my Neuro surgeon and pain doctor.

Waiting on phone to make appointment or ask question is totally ridiculoussometimes up to an hour. Your assumption that "mature" patientswill just figure out your technology is a real problem. Maybe you should have a tutorial on using the system that people who aren't familiar with tech can watch over and over.
