we have difficulty when it comes to getting our pharmacy getting the electronic information about having refills on prescriptions. Also why can't all regular prescription all start and end at the same time? It is hard to remember how many refills you have left when they all differ. The date of your wellness visit should be the date of the prescription expiration.

about 10 months ago I changed jobs and health insurance which provides me with Legacy Health. Since then I've come to this clinic and Pam Pastor as my provider. I'm am more than pleased with all aspects of service. Pam Pastore goes above and beyond to make my visits personal, comfortable. her manner is warm and responsive. I've never been treated better and I'm [age deleted]. in addition her nurses and receptionists are always friendly and courteous. on this last visit her nurse was new to me and yet I felt she had known me for years. very rare in our current times to get this high quality and personal treatment.

I shouldn't have to wait over half an hour after my appointment time and still not be seen. everyti me i see her she makes me wait at least 15min or more after my appt to be seen. what's the point of making appt then?

don't see a "plant for maintenance. it's just a dispensary. considering transferring to different primary care person. she at least notes on test results, l have to drive the appointment. need dietary info re: diabetes & arthritis now showing up.

Pamela was very informative and professional. but beyond that she was polite and seemed to really enjoy her job. She is what you would expect a doctor/nurse practitioner to be like.

everything was fine except I had to wait 1 hour before seeing the doctor when you include them asking you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. I spent over 30 minutes in the room alone.

I called for 1st visit & received an appt. for someday. Front desk people were pleasant & helpful. My provider was professional & thorough. Some labs had to be re-ordered since they were overlooked.

I had lots of things to bring up - so it was quick, but Pam picked up on the points I was making. She listened well, gave me good advice, and made sure I knew what to do for follow-up. I felt all of my needs were satisfactorily met. I was also very pleased with the assistant.

this visit was to ask questions about a specific issue and to establish care as a Medicare patient. I was given referrals to 2 specialists which have already taken place. I will be receiving important medical services from these specialists in the Legacy system. I am very satisfied with all of my recent Legacy providers and staff.

I don't think Legacy St Helens Medical Group and Urgent Care gets the respect and recognition from Portland that they deserve. They are an excellent, professional, devoted, friendly group of people that come to work every day and do a GREAT job.

Mostly everything was really great except, when I went to get my blood drawn and x-rays taken, none of the women at the service windows engaged me for several minutes until I directly interacted with them. the problem with that is I have social anxiety and i don't want to bother someone if they're busy and no one even tried to make eye contact. I sat there for around five minutes listening to them talk about personal things before i worked up the courage to interrupt them. It was very uncomfortable for me. I would like to see a prominent sign saying something like please come to window, or perhaps just have your employees make eye contact so i know it's ok to come talk to them. Sorry, just my anxious thoughts

My health care provider and her health associates who work with me are just wonderful. Very friendly, nice, concise, attentive, and thorough. I couldn't ask for a better place to 'have' to go when I need medical help/advice/prescriptions.

she did not address all my concerns, has never given me a diagnosis only types into the computer... barely even talks. I got so frustrated then sent her a negative email for which she reacted by having a social worker contact me. She also barely even examined me! one of my worst experiences ever...will not return

Pam Pastore does not take adequate time with her patients nor does she fully communicate with them. I am the patients Granddaughter/caretaker and the woman never even introduced herself to me. At the end of the appointment she just walked out. We did not even know the appointment was over.

,provider didn't seem to know past history or mention any concerns about blood test results. She ordered repeat blood work that I had just had a week prior. It seemed as if my chart wasn't in front of her from the history she asked me about.....it should have been in my computerized chart and she shouldn't have had to ask me. she seem d somewhat distracted, didn't do a full body check for skin cancer.....didn't even have me undress. And forgot to lavage my ears after I mentioned the ear wax problem I have......I left and remembered after I got home. and out of flu shots.....so I have to make a return trip. I have seen her for past appts, this time as definitely different. and it was an early morning appt.

She ordered appointments with 3 other doctors . Will now be having a knee replacement and possibly a new MS injections. After seeing Pam I decided to ask to see a different PC. Felt like having a new start as my health is changing might be a good idea. I did the change of provider over the phone. It's been about 2 weeks. I was told I'd get a call to make appt. to meet new doctor. This has not happened.

The PA was excellent. I was disappointed in the receptionist. My insurance covers 100% for a physical, which is what the PA provided. The receptionist was more interested in getting a $30 copayment from me, it took the PA to straighten it out.

this is the 2nd time since Dr Murray left that I have seen Dr. Pastore. I was not impressed with her at my 1st visit, but this time, she was completely different! She was VERY concerned and compassionate with me and explained eveything so I could understand it. I am now very happy to have her as my provider!

Three points, more about your survey than about my service -- while neither Pam or her office staff contacted me with test results they were very promptly available via email. No complaints there. Did Pam of office staff discuss Rx with me in the last three months, not really. I wasn't there three months ago. She did go over them with me AT this visit. They are all ongoing, refills. She did order one new Rx, a short term fix for a wound. We discussed that one. Rate your physician 0-10, the only reason I gave Pam a 9 instead of a 10 is that she's not a 'real' doctor. She's a Nurse Practitioner, and one I feel very confidant working with.
