About Me:

When Dr. Teresa Hildebrand was in medical school, if there had been a "deliver babies and then be their pediatrician" specialty, she would have chosen it. As a family practice physician, she did get her wish for 10 years, with many obstetrics and pediatric patients. When Teresa quit obstetrics in 2004, she found, to her surprise, that she likes having a broad practice just as much. "I enjoy the variety and I love the people I've now known for years. I treat them, their kids and their grandkids." There have even been times when her patients were related and she didn't discover it until later. "It's fun to then look back and see how the puzzle pieces fit together." Dr. Hildebrand loves sports, but having a family and a career has morphed her participation from competitive swimming and volleyball to watching and walking the dogs.

Dr. Hildebrand is amazingly well informed when I come to see her. She keeps great notes, so I don't have to cover the same territory over and over. She gives me good advice but is respectful of my choices.

The Dr. Set up the appointment immediately when she found out about my illness. Very nice. The nurse was very very nice and listened to me and my concerns. I felt so much better after my visit.

Dr Hildebrand is just wonderful. I had an appt for refilling my prescriptions, and while I was there she took the time to discuss two other completely unrelated issues with me. I have been to another clinic where the provider did not allow me to discuss two sides of the same issue in one appt, much less different issues.

Teresa hounded me about a Wellness appt I made, calling me on my phone when I was driving to another appointment at the same office. Ambulance in back of me and she wouldn't let me off the phone, demanded that I see her in the office but she wasn't available. I asked them to cancel the appt. Couldn't believe all the harassment I got on line and on the phone. Very rude person and I still don't know what all the fuss was about.

Dr Hildebrand was amazing. She figured out what was wrong when the emergency room doctor did not. She knew exactly what was wrong based on my symptoms and history and knew exactly which tests to run and what medications to prescribe. I really appreciate her expertise and precision. She also has great "bedside manner". She was worried I wouldn't be able to walk out to my ride so she had someone wheel me out. She pays extra attention to the details and I really appreciate that. She always takes the time to listen and care and it never feels like she is rushing you out the door!
