Computer system needs to be updated. It was too slow and kept locking up, making it very hard for the Doctor to access and revise information.

Mr. Erickson wasn't going to refill my prescription prescribed by my doctor, [name deleted]. He decided I had congenital allergies and thought I should take pills and Flonase (which I already take) He coughed and sneezed into his arm about 10 times during my he appointment. The whole thing was unnerving and I left upset. I had to press him to refill my prescription, he finally said-okay I'll work m with you. Huh??

I recently switched to Tim because he showed a lot of care and knowledge in women's health. He takes the time to explain things to me and makes sure I understand why my body is acting the way it is. He is wonderful practitioner. I would recommend him to anyone!

Overall, it was a good appointment and Tim was thorough in what he asked and the information that was on the sheet given to me to give to his co-worker for Tim's look-see. We are tracking very well and I will see him again in September as a follow up.

Always enjoy my visits with Tim Ericson. He carefully explains every test he is doing, praises (so far!) my overall health, and has recommendations for improvement, such as a different brace for my arthritic knee.

Tim E is my regular provider. He does a good job of listening to my symptoms and recommending treatment. He always calls or e-mails me in a timely manner with the results of any tests done during the visit. He schedules me for regular follow-ups and provides written information about improving my conditions.

I am continually disappointed by the lack of stewardship that the nursing staff have. They do not greet you warmly or seen invested in their positions, rather they come across as robots just running through the motions.

I was disappointed I had to drive to Silverton Hosp. & pay a 90$ copay for a "drip" for dehydration with my head pounding.

I can't understand why the clerk mails a form for you to fill out when they my records, this is I have taken time to make sure you have my health records and they are up to date.

nurse took my blood pressure too fast initially. got 117/72 or something ridiculously low. My BP is rarely lower than 140/80. I made her retake it.

Timothy Ericson agreed to be my primary physician at this appointment and spent a good amount of time getting to know me and allowing me to get to know him. He made me feel as if we were already old friends. Timothy immediately addresses my concerns and started evaluating my personal situation and had blood workups ordered and carried out. He also contacted an eye specialist and had me in to see the specialist the next day. The specialist addressed all of my concerns and laid out a plan of action, including contacting Timothy with his findings. I'm so grateful to be under such great care! Thank You!

Took a month to get a wellness visit. I had a 45 minute wait, and got my breathing listened to by a stethoscope. Seemed like a waste of time, and blood work has to be done on another trip.

I went to see Tim for 2 problems. He gave me reassurance about one that it would gradually resolve itself. (Water on elbow joint) and ordered x-rays, an ultrasound, and a referral to the orthopedic specialist. (Bad shoulder)

I went to see the Doctors at Legacy Clinic for 4 times for the same condition, no one battered for doing a blood test, I felt dizzy beside that I have cold sores and salivary gland swollen, no body knew what was good for the salivary glands swollen, one of them gave me "Magic mouth wash" which is for herpes and not for salivary gland swollen and cold sores, I expend my money in something that was not the right medicine. Beside the problems in my mouth, the dizziness was for very low iron and nobody order a lab work, my husband almost forced another Doctor who was only for removing stiches of something else that I had done, she was kind of sarcastic arguing to us but she sent me to a Lab work and finally we had the results of one of the main problem, I saw 4 including the specialist who did not help neither, but the blood test was the most helpful, I think that the doctors need to have more knowledge of what they do, apparently they need people more capable of doing their job.

Recepcionist was very unrespectful, how she talks how she refers to people. Recepcionist inside the clinic not where I check in, check in was great.

One thing that I noticed, that when I get X-RAYS OR tests done they take their sweet time to let one know the results. Also another thing that I don't agree on is that I ask to speak to the doctor when I have a problem - they put the assistant - I really don't like that. I rather speak to the dr. Thanks.
