Legacy Health offers a wide range of classes and support groups for patients as well as friends and family. Whether you need support through an illness or are interested in learning something new to improve your health and lifestyle, we have many opportunities to join with others in your journey.

Cancer support groups, plus expressive arts, mind/body classes and movement/exercise classes 

Legacy Cancer Institute offers many cancer support groups and classes to help you and your family through the diagnosis, treatment and recovery of cancer. 

Weight management, diabetes and nutrition classes, support groups and more

Legacy Weight and Diabetes Institute offers free and low-cost classes, events and support programs for our community. From weight and stress management to strategies for diabetes, nutrition and weight loss.

Grief support and bereavement services

All Legacy Hospice grief support groups and classes are led by grief professionals and are open to those grieving a loss through death. 

The bereavement program offers free services by trained bereavement specialists.

Pregnancy and Childbirth

Legacy Health offers a wide variety of classes, tours and support groups for expecting parents, new parents and grandparents.
