Wellness visit, only on 3 meds, very satisfied that if I will at some point need additional health care support this team will competently provide it.

I always look forward to seeing Dr. Zawada. She gives you the info you need, gives you room to digest or grieve and then offers options for living with or through the diagnosis. She is compassionate and pragmatic. She's funny and enthusiastic. She's as thrilled with my health progress as I am! I also appreciate the MA Renee - kind, warm and efficient. A lovely person.

This was a 6 month visit. I had several issues. Dr. Zawada listened and then answered all my questions. She is the best physician I have ever had. Everyone in the clinic is great! I recommend her and the clinic all the time.

It was difficult waiting so long to see my doctor, but I understood her absence and I waited for her return. I can't imagine seeing anyone else! She is a caring, intelligent and sensitive physician.

Dr Zawada was my mother's primary care physician. I loved how she interacted with my mother, so I switched myself to her as well. She has been a wonderful doctor. I feel extremely lucky to have been in her care. Her respect, sense of humor and kindness make her the best doctor I've ever known. She literally has saved my life. Thank you Eleanor.

Dr Zawada is a wonderful PCP for me. She's very smart and compassionate. I always feel that she truly provides me with good care. I am a retired medical professional. I worked in the front and back offices of many medical practices. My last position was 11 yrs as a nurse and office manager for a wonderful internist. I truly appreciate Dr Zawada's expertise. The staff is terrific. Very happy with this practice.

Every visit has always been a good experience. Dr zawada listened to me ramble on about depression and fibro-related issues. We talked about treatment options and made joint decisions. Might sound corny; but I feel as if we are partners in my healthcare.

I had an important medication issue and got in to see Dr. Zawada the next morning. Everyone was very kind and efficient. Dr. Zawada listened to my concerns and we worked out a plan of care. She took time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. I am thankful that she is my primary care MD.

The medical assistant seemed to be in lala land. She was nice, laughed and courtesy but as an MA just seemed a bit lazy. This isn't the first time but the second time she's been our MA.
