The wait time in the waiting room was 15 minutes past my mom's appointment. The wait time in the exam room for the doctor was at least 15-20 minutes. Our appointment was at 3pm and we left at 4:15pm. From an outsiders perspective, I witnessed a lot of "visiting" among staff members - in the reception area and exam area.

Although this is a busy office, all of the staff and the doctor make me feel like I am the only patient on their radar when they are visiting with me.

I am generally healthy and have been on a BP med for a longtime, no need to talk to anyone often as there are no problems. A lot of the tests and procedures the insurance pushes, I don't feel I need right now. This Doctor is very good and if I were having a problem or had a family history that indicated a need then fine. But that is not the case. Thank you.

I feel like I am being juried when I call for an appointment. The one who answers the phone asks so many questions. I think if I ask for an appointment it should be _____ forthwith!

There were a lot of people out unexpectedly so that is why the wait was longer than usual. They apologized for the wait and provided the same care I count on even though they were short handed. I chose this group because I believe they are better than my other options for preventative and proactive care.

I originally went to this office to see Dr. Ramos, and I did see her 2 or 3 times, but I was passed on to Dr Walker when Dr Ramos' restricted her office hours. I still feel that Dr Walker does a good job as my primary care provider, and trust that whenever necessary he will refer me to a specialist as well as consult with Dr Ramos, and my coronary care provider, [name deleted to protect privacy]

I am always treated in the best way by Dr. Walker and his staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else for primary care. They take special interests in my conditions. Always explain things that I understand. Take into consideration that I am hearing impaired and speak where I can hear and understand them.

In the past it was sometimes difficult to get an appointment,but lately it has changed,so I feel much more reassured that my doctor will be available when I'm sick

Dr Walker was thorough and explained the solutions he thinks will help my bronchial condition improve. He prescribed medications and advised me to check in if my condition didn't improve.

My appointment went well with the doctor.I'm very supprised I got a same day appointment usually when I call at 8:30am there are no appointment available with any doctor, and they tell me I have to go to Urgent Care in Woodburn and that cost me extra money.

The visit was as always, good. I feel treated as a person, not a number on a chart. Can't do better than that. All the personal at MT. Angel Family Clinic are considerate and polite. It is a good place.

my doctor was more than thorough. my doctor always makes sure to get all the information about my health & he always checks my medication list so that I am not going to get the wrong medication. His nurse or assistant is always friendly, & professional, & and has a great sense of humor.

you would think that the medical records from Silverton Health Group, purchased by Legacy, would have been transferred to the legacy system. No instead the Dr was forced to spend time looking for medical history. I am on Medicare due to a disability. old records reflect this fact, when I became disabled, when I first visited Dr Walker, when Medicare became available to me. these are a matter of record that you already have in your files. three times in one visit filling out the same forms with the same questions that you already have answers for. Medicare doesn't need to know this stuff they are already a matter of record there. honesty should be practiced by Legacy. you have the records spend the time to transfer them

I didn't know how long I was in your office, I didn't have a watch with me. A large clock in the waiting room would help. It didn't seem long. It seem really fast.

I had a bad experience with your survey asking me about my ethnicity or race. I know you are trying to gather statistics, but there was no option for "prefer not to answer". Please update your questions to be in line with other providers. You already know what I am since you verified who I am when I am taking the survey so the question is really unnecessary. Doctor Walker is the reason I go here for primary care. He is great and very respectful and attentive. He always attends to all of my needs and offers many options and suggestions to my questions.

on this last visit MD was almost 1 hour behind & then tried to rush me through appointment because I was his last appointment - as this is typical scenero for him. he even told me that I would need to make another appointment to address my b/p of 140/100 because he didn't have time.... to which I told him that I didn't have time to have a stroke so he better deal with it - we finally came to an agreement that I would take my prn b/p meds if it went up. Then sent me to a neurologist to follow up on s/sx of fibromyalgia - which she told me a rheumatologist needed to assess. still waiting for that referral & will probably have to call to follow up as usual... with a normal holding time of up to 15 min each time you call that office (if you're lucky).... maybe their fax will also be fixed by them (as pharmacy/hospital make a joke about issues to expect with Dr. Walker).... very frustrating & i'm very thankful i'm a nurse & not afraid to confront him on things that are against my pt bill of rights! still looking for another provider that's local... igh

Check in time has become very long. There is a line of people waiting, and if you need to sit during that time someone can come in front of you unknowingly. My provider often cuts me off before I have finished telling him something. So much time is spent looking for things on his computer.Therefore he doesn't actually just look at me when he and I are talking. I understand the process and needing to look things up, but the computer screen seems to be in the way. I was a medical assistant many years ago before all the digital technology. My employer told me, "doctors don't really look at their patients". I understood that to mean, looking them in the eye, observing their mannerisms, look at their hands, their ankles, everything. I don't mean to examine, just observe during conversation. Know something about them. I see many doctors, as my health is complicated and I feel like they are looking at their little piece of real estate and forgetting the whole person sometimes. Dr Walker is very competent, this is just an overall commentary and observation of what a patient encounters these days because of specialties and tests and technology. Sorry to go on so long.

at my appointment my provider was 45 min late & then told me I was his last appointment of day & he could only cover 3 things. anything more & i'd have to reschedule. he also didn't listen to what I said & I had to repeat myself 3x for him to get information correct - maybe it's because he kept looking at his watch & verbalising if it was his wife who was texting him... I don't know. but this is typical for a visit with him. I did, however, get everything I came to see him about addressed (I didn't think asking for my lab results should require me to make another appointment - right?) This is why I always wait to make an appointment until I can't put something off anymore
