This was a "new patient visit." Dr Gepner seemed familiar with my file, asked questions, listened to my answers, and answered my questions. As someone who likes to understand what I'm doing and why, I appreciate his being comfortable with patients asking questions.

This was my first visit with Dr. Gepner, and I was very much impressed with him. He's obviously very qualified and answered all my questions. The one thing that impressed me the most is that during his examination and discussion he openly shared his thoughts with me so I had a complete understanding of his conclusions and recommendations. He's exceptional in this regard.

It's always good. I ran out of refills on my meds . On a day I was to fly out of state I want to pickup my meds. I was told I was out of refills, I called my doctors office from the pharmacy. With in 15 minutes they had faxed a refill to pharmacy and saved the day for me. I did have to make an appointment to see doctor to do a annual med check up with they scheduled while I was still on the phone.

I have been diagnosed with an extremely rare lymphoma. Dr. Gepner made special efforts to study this condition prior to my arrival and was prepared to speak to be about the disease on a cellular level. I was impressed ! In addition, as a disabled combat infantryman veteran, I appreciated the acknowledgment of this fact.

Only partially negative experience was with nurse who administered the ear lavage. She didn't quite grasp that my mother really couldn't hear her without hearing aids. Nurse also seemed impatient with my mother's inability to remain still as the lavage was administered, not really taking Into consideration that my mom has dementia.

Triage nurse responded quickly and left me a message to make an appointment, but when I called the clinic to do so, the receptionist did not have any information, seemed flustered, and expressed uncertainty about how to proceed. The CNA was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. The doctor was friendly and efficient. He not only made inquiries about my physical condition but also about my life in general, which helps build rapport, trust, and a sense of sincere care and concern. I've only been going to this clinic for about 6 months, but every visit, whether scheduled in advance or not, has been exceptional.

The front office receptionist/clerk never seems to be happy to be there. It is just a job for her and seems put off on trying to help you. In my opinion, the front face of the office should be a warm, happy to see you type of person. I cringe when I get her.

Visiting Dr Gepner and the entire staff are very welcoming and supportive. I feel safe with Drs. Gepner and Higa and with nurse Jessica. Patty, the receptionist is helpful and responsive to my questions and needs.

This office and staff are great. Generally speaking I only see them about once per year, so I may not be the best judge overall, but the visits have always been good. My only complaint, is the wait time for this annual checkup, nearly 3 months, which appears to be due to a shortage of doctors in this office. Otherwise, I enjoy everything about the office and staff.

Dr. Gepner Is friendly and professional. He solicits patient Input on health care decisions and takes time to listen to patient's questions. He does an excellent job explaining medical Issues and treatment options. The office staff always responds to appointment requests in a timely manner. I am pleased with my care and recommend the clinic to friends and family.

On a personal level I would not recommend or want to see Dr Gepner again. I came in for a medical issue & while there I had another medical issue I needed him to look at. What I was told by the medical asst & Dr Gepner was "we'll see if he/I have time" I don't believe that Dr Gepner has the patients overall health in mind.

The appointment time allotted are tight, as you know. Dr. Gepner indicated that time (20 minutes) he is unable to answer all my health questions. Do you think I should double book appointments so I do not feel rushed?
