Direct assay for autoantibodies attached to patient granulocytes, to help diagnose autoimmune neutropenia.

Collect

Whole blood, one 5.0 mL green (sodium heparin) top tube

Handling

Do not refrigerate, send blood at room temperature. Recent Complete Blood Count (CBC) must accompany specimen.
