ANTI-NUCLEAR ANTIBODY SCREEN REFLEX CASCADE
ANA CONNECTIVE TISSUE REFLEX
Anti-Nuclear Antibody (ANA) ELISA Screen with Reflex to IFA Titer and Pattern, dsDNA and ENA (RNP, Smith, SSA, SSB, Scl 70, Jo 1 Ab)
ANA specimens are screened using an ELISA assay. All specimens that screen positive or equivocal are confirmed using HEp-2 cells, and if positive, the titer and pattern will be reported. Positive IFA will reflex to dsDNA and ENA
