Guidelines

Used to determine immune status for Rubella virus. The results were obtained with the AxSYM Rubella IgG assay. IgG values obtained with different manufacturers' assay methods may not be used interchangeably. The magnitude of the reported IgG levels cannot be correlated to an endpoint titer.

Serum, one gold (SST) top tube

Handling

Allow blood to clot, centrifuge and remove serum immediately and pour into a plastic vial.
