Guidelines

Use a separate test for MDMA (Ecstasy) screen.

If this test is for a drug endangered child (< 18 yo) who may be exposed to Methamphetamine,we recommend: Drugs of Abuse Panel - Drug Endangered Child, Urine which has much greater sensitivity for Methamphetamine detection.

If Detected, confirmation test will reflex. There are some known compounds such as Bupropion, MDMA (Ecstasy), Phentermine and Pseudoephedrine that will produce false positive Amphetamines screen. These compounds are not included in the Amphetamine/Methamphetamine confirmation test.
