Anti-Nuclear Antibody ELISA Screen Reflex Cascade
Anti-Nuclear Antibody (ANA) ELISA Screen with reflex to IFA Titer and Pattern. Positive IFA will reflex to DSDNA AB and ENA PAN (SCL-70 AB, JO-1 AB, SM AB, RNP AB, RO52 AB, RO60 AB, SSB AB).
ANA specimens are screened using an ELISA assay. All specimens that do not screen negative are confirmed using Hep-2 cells, and if possible, the titer and pattern will be reported. Positive IFA will reflex to DSDNA AB and ENA PAN.
