Guidelines

Chromosome aberrations have a major role in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) risk assignment and outcome prediction. Specific trisomies, such as of chromosome 4, 10 detected by this probe set, are important and appear to be specifically associated with favorable prognosis among hyperdiploid ALL cases.
