Collect

Serum, one gold (SST) top tube

Handling

Do not refrigerate or freeze. Allow serum to clot completely at room temperature. Separate serum from cells ASAP.

Rejection Criteria

Frozen, refrigerated, hemolyzed specimens or specimens collected with EDTA, potassium oxalate or sodium fluoride anticoagulants
